IAEngineering was established in 2022 in Barcelona to address a gap we observed in the market: many inventors and small companies struggle to find accessible, technically competent engineering support for product development. Large consultancies often have high minimums and overhead, while freelancers may lack the breadth of experience needed for complex projects.

Our approach is different. We combine the technical depth and process discipline of larger firms with the flexibility and direct communication of a specialized practice. Every project receives direct attention from experienced engineers who understand both the design theory and the practical realities of manufacturing.

Our Methodology

Ignas founded IAEngineering after years of experience in R&D engineering roles across multiple industries. His background spans consumer products, industrial equipment, and precision instrumentation – providing a broad perspective on design challenges and manufacturing processes. He leads all technical work and maintains direct involvement in every client project.

Working With Us

We work with clients across Europe and internationally. Based in Barcelona, we operate in English, Spanish, and Lithuanian. Most collaboration happens through video conferences, screen sharing, and secure file transfer – enabling efficient remote work regardless of location. We also leverage digital tools from our partner UtiliKit to streamline these workflows.
