Enquiries
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, message and the project details you choose to add, including an optional link to drawings or models. The form does not upload files. Formspree, the form-processing service, receives the submission and passes it to us. We use it only to reply and to prepare a proposal. Share only files you are allowed to share and ask for an NDA before sending confidential material.
Analytics and cookies
Only if you accept, this site loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it is used: pages visited, clicks and scrolling, and anonymised session recordings in which form fields are masked. These tools set cookies and receive technical data from your browser, such as device and browser details and your approximate location. Google and Microsoft provide them under their own terms and may process data outside the EU under their safeguards. If you decline, none of them load. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data, so it runs without consent.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@iaengineering.net, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain: the AEPD). We do not promise a fixed retention period for enquiry correspondence; we keep it only as long as it is useful for the enquiry or project and delete it on request.
